Diary

Double the happiness

And hello! I'm back again after so many days well weeks. Today, unexpectedly is the last day of my PT3 exam! So excited but it felt so surreal that I don't have to study once I reached home and all.

It's typical that time passed fast but this time it doesn't really felt the same. Having to read through all those bunch of annoying books and after all the 3 years of effort, it finally came down to this exam. Which, tadah, ended in a relatively short amount of time. It didn't really hit me at first because all the way along the trip back home, I kept thinking over and over again about the possibles wrongs I could get.

But then it's really over now isn't it! :D Felt so happy that I almost screamed my lungs out. At the same time, there's 16 days left to the day I finally travel to my dream-well not really- country which is Korea! Being a huge fan of Korean music, it has always been my dream to maybe bump into a Korean artist on the street. That is, if you're lucky of course.

So basically I'm going to end my story this way and also I'm starting to write stories again on my wattpad acoount! I'll insert the link somewhere in the profile area for people who are interested hehe.

Your support to me is very important and I'll cherish it for as long as I live. Thanks and also, please follow me on my new twitter account too! I'll follow back I promise xxx (I sound pathetic lmao, but pls)

Baking is my passion

Howdy! I'm back again!! So lately I've been planning to bake macaroons (though I failed the first time I made them ><)

I'm planning to make macaroons with a little touch of matcha green tea :) Yummm. And as always, I've been searching on the internet for good and simpler recipes!

And here's some I encountered a few minutes ago and they're the ones I'm planning to share with you!

  1. This is not matcha macaroon but ok
  2. This is it
  3. You have to click this
Be sure to check them out and don't forget to thank them if you ever come to use their recipes :D
Making macaroons might be hard, which is why it cost a little too much if you buy it outside, but trust me its not very time-consuming and why spend your money when you can make them in your comfort zone (aka your house.)

It does takes a lil' time and patience though, for an amazeballs macaroons but the key to a perfect macaroon is to not give up and yeap as the saying goes: Patience is the key to eternal happiness. And the happiness I'm mentioning here will be the healthy, delicious, piping hot and freshly baked MACAROONS!
Boom! That's all for today. I hope you enjoy baking and good luck! xoxo

Cookies cookiess more cookies!

So a  few days back-or weeks idk- I started having the urge to put my hands on dem oven! (not exactly put it on top but.. like.. bake) As my mom just bought a new oven, which I've been waiting for for like many years, I decided to bake chocolate cookies with the ingredients I have in my house.

Even though it is the exam week, I couldn't resist the temptation to bake because I love baking! So the first one was chocolate cookies (typical cookie) and it turned out amazingly. For me at least because I believe everyone has their own special and unique preference, taste, and texture of the cookies.

For me, I personally enjoy cookies which look crispy on the outside with golden brown edge but soft and chewy on the inside. It's like two different world. Outside crispy, inside chewy. Yum!! And fyi macaroons are my favourite cookie :p They're lifee. Especially the sauce/jam/whatever-you-call-it thing in the middle holy shitt that just completed the picture of the world's tastiest cookie!

At first, I thought making cookies were hard and takes a lot of time but turns out, it's the complete opposite! The ingredients are simple (except for the part where I had to convert cups into grams measurements) and it really didn't take much time. I was afraid my cookies will come out dry and lumpy base on the not-so-thick dough but I was more than delighted when I found out that they cooked pretty well.

Though it is somewhat hard to chew onto, but that's the type of cookies I like! Don't judge. So if anyone is wondering where did I get recipe from, the link will be here. CLICK ME
ps. I'm not really sure if that's the one I used but yeah I remember using that website ><

And also, the cookies for this recipe is supposed to turn out chewy but if your cookies appear to be hard or too crispy, it's probably because you cooked them for too long. Always remember to keep an eye on the oven as not all ovens work the same :) (I sound like a professional baker omg)

If you like it soft and chewy, take the cookies out once you think it is done or if it doesn't leave any stain on the food tester. Be careful though, because if it stays in the oven for too long, even if it's turned off, the cookies will burn and might be overcooked. This is because it may still be baking inside as the heating element didn't completely cooled down yet!

And the other cookies I'd baked is vanilla sugar cookies :D (but I didn't put too much sugar) To add a little twist, I added a bundle of oreo crush! Because who doesn't like oreo. It turned out reallyyyy reallyyyy crispy, not like the typical vanilla cookies at all! It's very good and the vanilla taste is simply mouth-watering! I followed the recipe from a youtube channel which specialized in baking and that is...*drumrolls* Laura in the Kitchen! Her baking videos are really entertaining and at the same time, full of fun baking tips! Make sure to subscribe to them. Link will be here. CLICK ME
And that's all! I hope you'll be successful whether if it's your first time baking, or if it's not. Enjoy! And that's the end for today :D Byeee to whoever is reading this.

Beautiful Liar is new bae

I'm back again! After like idk how long but yeah hehe :)

So I've been realllyyy realllyyy busy with my academics because
1. PT3 EXAM is in 2 months 2 effting months omg.
2. PT3 trial is in a week and istg I'm not even 10% prepared for this shit.

But anyways! My fav subunit in VIXX released their first ever mini but not so mini  album!! I'm literally hyperventilating right now because you don't know how amazing that song is okay.

It's called Beautiful Liar hehe beautiful song for beautiful people to hear. But yeah it's seriously the best song I've ever heard in my whole entire life. Well, apart from BigBang ok because they king af. (The other songs in the album is awesome as well so be sure to check VIXX out!)
Video will be here yeah below here somewhere :D

My bias is Ravi if you haven't notice haha. And also! I've been writing on wattpad for quite a long time now. Basically just those typical mainstream stories but pleaseee do check them out because that would mean a whole bunch to me! Although I just released one story which wasn't even finished ><

But but but I'm currently writing two new stories: Inner Beauty and Rosella. Yeapp so be sure to check them out when I release them :D My username is : -mermaidamias- (nobody judges my name thank you xD btw it includes the two '-')

My first story Papers had received a lot of loves judging my the number of views and I'm really grateful for that even if I sometimes tend to make grammar mistakes but hey, I'm improving I promise ;)

And yeap that's probably all I've got to say today! Bye till then loveliess.

Here you go :D

The Queen is back!!

Tomorrow will be the 5th of August aka my beloved father birthday! Which also means 19 days more for PT3 Trial. Holy shit. NINETEEN DAYS!? But again, tonight at 12 am will also be the last release of Big Bang aka my husbands last series of the Made Album..

I still remember when I was waiting so eagerly at midnight for their first series and now it's already the 4th one which means 4 months had passed. In a blink of a fucking eye. *sighs*

Other then that, I have been reallllyy really sick lately like I just recovered from a 38 degree fever(typical fever) a few days ago and not to mention I'm still having headache right now. And because I ate something wrong or maybe because our school food is THAT dirty, my stomach felt very uncomfortable and I attempted to vomit for a few times but yeah I can't so.. boooo

Yeap! That's the end for today ❤ byeee

16/7/2015

Hello! It's me again hehe. So yesterday my family and I went to Mid Valley because family day(?) And yeah we planned to go at 10am but we somehow procrastinated and we departed at 11 pm who knows. I'm sorry I have memory of a goldfish. So we reached there at like 12.15? and because our movie starts at 1 we had to rush to eat breakfast.

And because there's sooo many people there and the queue was so damn bloody hell long, we actually decided to go McD, but then somehow we stopped in front of a Korean restaurant. Nope, we didn't eat there because yeah we thought the food will arrive late so we went to eat Udon which turned out to be reallyyy nice.

I forgot the shop name (short-term memory ya know) but the noodles there are very very nice and I ordered cold udon which is really cold(?) Ahhaha and yeah that'a about it. So after that we rushed to the cinema because we're 15 minutes late and we thought it started so we had to run. (The movie is called San Andreas btw) But who knows it turned out that when we went in, it's still in the middle of the commercial shit.

Tadah :D
This movie is like about an earthquake and yeah it's really awesome. We actually planned to watch Ant-man yesterday but since yesterday is San Andreas's last show in Mid Valley we decided to go for it because like my father promised to bring us go since 239123 years ago. (no I'm not exaggerating)

So after that we went to Magnum! Damn delicious.
And then we went to G-Factory for watches! My mom was planning to buy Casio for us so yeah we tried it out and of course, with that perfect hands of mine which watches wouldn't look nice on it right? (jokes ahha) no but seriously.

After that, at around 7, we went back to the Korean restaurant that we came across earlier. The food was scrumptious (damn english). We ordered set dinner which included pork, chicken and lamb! Those who know me knows that I love lamb hehe. And yeah they barbecued them and oh lord it's so friggin nice don't you dare remind me of it again.

At first I thought I would be able to eat 2 bowls of rice but then I started eating the side dishes when they arrived and it made me really full. Damn the wraps made me really really full to the point that I felt like vomiting. But nonetheless, it's too delicious to stop eating so.. ahha once in a life time mah right?

Yeah so.. that's the end! Have a nice day yeorobun

Good 1.57 pm!

Hello hehe, so like this will officially be my 1287238911th blog and yeah I tend to stop blogging half way so.. let's hope that's not the case for this time!

And also, I'm going to have my PT3 exam this year and I'm quite satisfied for my past 2 terms exams even though the results of my term 2 exams aren't completely announced yet. There's exactly 87 more days to go to PT3 exam which is on October but I'm like 0% prepared.

Like government please how much exactly do you want a 15 year old to memorize. Before 'PT3' was invented or something it was called PMR where there's objective question where you circle those A B C D. Duh, typical exams. But when it comes to PT3 there will be completely 0 choices and we have to think of the answers ourselves. Fill in the blanks people say.

And well this is making me miss the old exam format where you can choose your answers because if we didn't know the answer, guessing is possible right? Because at least there's a 25% chance you're going to get the answer right. But how would you freaking guess the answer when the only thing they give you is an empty isolated line?

Not to even mention you have to read back what you've learned from the past 2 years too. I can't even remember what I ate last week and you're telling me to flashback to whatever shit that I learned 2 years ago. There's like 30+ chapters for science and I need to memorize every little single details in it because nobody have any ideas of what's going to be asked... Don't even remind me of the things I need to reread for KH (living skills?)

And yeah, thats probably everything that sums up how hard the PT3 exam is. Even if I'm trying to act like I'm not afraid of it, I'll probably curl into a ball when the time comes. And to prevent that, I really have to study hard but.. :( cries.
